The 2007 Merrill Lynch Shootout field has begun to take shape as tournament host Greg Norman recently announced that a collection of golf's brightest stars will return to Tiburón Golf Club from December 5-9. Currently, 18 players have committed to the Merrill Lynch Shootout including 2007 Masters Champion Zach Johnson, two-time Major Champion John Daly, '92 Masters Champion Fred Couples, rising star Camilo Villegas, and Defending Champions Jerry Kelly & Rod Pampling.
This year's field boasts seven (7) 2007 PGA TOUR wins, thirteen (13) Major Championship victories, five (5) '07 Presidents Cup participants and seven (7) of the top 30 from the FedEx Cup standings.

Join tournament host Greg Norman, Friday, December 7th for a family event to remember!
Beginning at 2 p.m., the tournament's gates will be opened to one and all free of charge. Upon conclusion of first round tournament competition (approx. 4:00 p.m.), Greg Norman will conduct a Junior Instructional Clinic that will be followed by an exciting Trick Shot exhibition which is sure to dazzle all those in attendance.
